Friday, 17th November 2017Great news! We’ve won another award! The Luxury Travel Guide have named us as their Yacht Charter Company of the year – recognising our exceptional customer service, the quality of the yachts we use, and the outstanding level of satisfaction our customers have with us!
It’s the industry recognising our use of cutting edge technology (for realtime booking and live chat, amongst other things), our loyalty to customers, and attention to detail. Our team have done an exceptional job, and we’re thrilled to have them all on board (and everyone is getting something fizzy this Friday and an extra day of annual leave next year as a result!)
Despite being in operation for just over two years, this isn’t the first award that we’ve won – we were also listed in the Luxury Travel Guide last year as best in class yacht charter specialists, and a few months ago we won a Tourism and Hospitality award for our customer service – based on feedback from real customers!
It’s obviously brilliant to win such prestigious awards - and it recognises that we’re taking yacht chartering to another level - but it’s happy customers (not awards) that we really crave: it’s your post-holiday five-star feedback that we’re most interested in (and luckily for us, we’re happy to report that we get lots of that!)
