AWARD WINNING Service! :)

After another incredible and busy season, we’re so, so proud to announce that we’ve won an award!  After winning a Luxury Travel Guide award for our customer service, we’re thrilled to have just picked up an award for being Yacht Charter Specialists 2018 for our outstanding services in Split!

Coming on the back of customer feedback, we honestly couldn’t be happier with our award, and it will be taking pride of place in our office (the CEO has already been seen polishing it twice, and we’ve only had it a week!)

If you were one of the people who nominated us for this award – THANKS!  We might be a relatively new company, but we’re fast making a name for ourselves, and this is just another step in the right direction.

For us, we think there’s nothing better than happy customers, and the effort that the whole team have put in this season to make this happen is phenomenal – from learning all about the charter areas, giving great advice and support to our customers so that they have an amazing holidays, our IT guys developing the site and enabling real-time availability, and, of course, our customer support team who have taken great strides forward and now provide support via twitter and live chat – often well into the night. 

Thanks so much to all of our team, and thanks so much to all of our happy customers, and this really does crown a brilliant year. 2018 will have to be exceptional to beat this!
