This season has been tough for all travel firms, but it’s also given us a chance to show you, our customers, how exceptional our customer service team are – any old company can manage customers when everything goes to plan, but in these quick-changing circumstances, we’ve made sure every one of our customers has been extremely satisfied with our responsive, friendly service - including 70% of our 2020 bookings which have had to be rescheduled to 2021.
