WINNERS! Ending the year with a bang!
Thursday, 22nd December 2016Woohoo! Our hard work has been officially recognised with a Luxury Travel Guide award, 2017 – where we were won the award of being their best Yacht Charter site!
It’s been an immense few months (again) as we continue to build up to the best that we can be – and as well as repeat bookings, it’s awards like these that really help to show that we are moving in the right direction. These awards focussed heavily on our customer service, and they even spoke to a number of our customers (we have no idea who, but if it was you, then thanks for your honesty and for your kind words!) – this is an award that we literally couldn’t have won without our loyal customers!
When the news came through, one of the Directors was in floods of tears because we’ve achieved so much in such a short space of time!
Thanks to all the brilliant people and partners who we charter yachts with, and who look after our customers so well; thanks to all the incredible staff at PlainSailing.com that make it much more than a sailing company; and thank you so much to everyone who has booked with us this year (and if you haven’t already, it’s still not too late!)
