Live Chat: Loved by sailors, apparently!

Once again, PlainSailing.com are leading the way when it comes to offering incredible convenience to our customers!

We already have market-leading search and filter facility (which enables you to find your dream yacht by filtering our real-life yachts by not just location and berths, but also the number of heads, whether it has bow thrusters, the age of the boat, and even the number of steering wheels it has - amongst loads of other features!)

On top of that, earlier this year we introduced REALTIME yacht availability, which means that prices and availability of the yachts listed on our site are live (for Greece and Croatia at the moment) – meaning, if you like the boat, the price, and have dates in mind, you can book it in a matter of clicks, and with just a 30% deposit.  We’re the only ones offering it in realtime, baby… - no more filling in enquiry forms and waiting for a response!

And just a few weeks ago, we added our Live Chat facility, which means that we can respond to your questions rightaway as you browse our site, without the need for you to resort to sending us an email or even call our UK freephone hotline.  Our award-winning customer service team are online and can talk you right through the booking process – from choosing where to charter from and when, to finding a yacht and booking it!

We only introduced the Live Chat functionality very quietly, because we wondered if any sailors out there would be interested in using it - but we’ve been inundated with queries and booking requests (and the odd interesting conversation with some fruit-loops who stumble across the Live Chat feature!) – in fact, Live Chat is now the second most popular way of connecting with our team (after email).

It started as a trial, but we now have staff on call to respond to the Live Chat from around 7am to midnight, every day - so whenever you get the inspiration to book your next sailing holiday, it’s likely that one of our team will be there to help you!

It’s just another reason why people love to book with PlainSailing.com :)
