People sometimes ask us ‘what makes PlainSailing.com different to all the other hundreds of yacht charter brokers out there?’

The answer is actually quite simple: we don’t rate our performance on how much cash we have, but in how many happy customers we have served.

Being a small UK-based family company, we realise that we’re still ‘building our brand’ – and quite simply, without spending megabucks on advertising (Have you seen how much they charge for advertisements in magazines these days?!), we think the best way to market ourselves is to offer incredible customer service, so that happy customers will not only return to us year on year (or voyage on voyage), but they’ll also tell their friends about the amazing time they had, and then their friends will book with us too, and so on, and so on.

Obviously, this is the hard way of going about things, and the fruits of our labours won’t instantly be apparent – but that is why we’ll personally manage your holiday booking.  When you make a booking, one of the family will call you and discuss your needs, and be assigned to you and your crew. 

We’ll be in regular contact (but feel free to call us on our Freephone number too), and we’ll go way beyond the call of duty to make sure that your holiday goes as smoothly and perfectly as possible for you. 

Want advice on cruising grounds?  Or to discuss which yacht to charter? Or want someone to get food, drink and wifi on-board before you arrive? Or want us to sort transfers? Or car hire?  We can and will do all that - can the big boys say the same?
