The quality accomodation down below comes with a widescreen TV/DVD player as well as electric heads and a fully fitted galley kitchen that has been designed with ease of use in mind. Two generous double cabins at the rear, along with the skipper's en-suite double mean you can sleep six without using the saloon, or eight if you convert the seating to an additional double bed.

Clan is a beautifully fitted out, VERY spacious 8 x berth quality Dufour Gibsea yacht at 41.5 ft with three cabins and large saloon cabin, 2 x toilets/shower rooms, one ensuite, hot water, central heating, integrated Ipod player, DVD flat screen, fully enclosed protective cockpit canopy, perfect for keeping any rain or Scottish midges out! (which can be comfortably sailed ‘erected’ up to a force 8) - while this offers sheltered al fresco eating in the cockpit area (You will never eat down below in Scotland after this!!) the canopy can also be dropped and easily folded away, along with the spray hood, for more efficient sailing!
She would offer luxury accommodation and in view of her being our own family cruiser I think you would find her equipped above and beyond what you would usually expect from a charter vessel….. and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. Clan has eight berths that can sleep the crew very comfortably in the two spacious double aft cabins, …. and one forward double ensuite cabin…..with 2 x very hot + powerful showers and large central main KS double bed saloon.
Clan is very easy to handle and while she does not carry electric winches the manual units are very light to operate and the yacht sails exceptionally well and fast.
In addition the ‘in mast’ main reefing system is very efficient and just could not be easier or more flexible + controllable in breezy changeable conditions.
Charter is out of Kip Marina and handover/handback times can be flexible by agreement.
