Absolutely incredible dedication from plain sailing staff
I never experienced such a good customer service in my life. I'm serious. Tommy went above and beyond for us, from the very end to end. We had an issue with the charter and he stepped in and solved everything. He was super accommodating, even with our last minute changes/request etc. It was very impressive. I strongly thank him and his staff for everything.

It was a wonderful experience to spend a vacation on a charter yacht that we rented through the PlainSailing.com. The management of the company (personally Tommy T.) quickly helped us to choose a suitable boat, draw up a contract, prepare documents for obtaining a Croatian visa and organize our vacation in the best possible way. Nice and easily! We will definitely return to the PlainSailing next time we want to sail!

Great communication leading up to holiday, all queries and requests dealt with perfectly and promptly and efficiently. Yachts were perfect, even every last Covid detail and test from the yachts was made as easy as possible by Plain Sailing team.

Plain Sailing is the definition of great customer service!
The service from Plain Sailing was exceptional. While I was booking Adi went above an beyond to secure us a boat and continued to check in along the way. We also wanted to do a side trip after our boating adventure so even though this was not in scope Adi stepped in to arrange it for us. Everything was perfect. We can't recommend Plain Sailing more highly and will definitely use them again!
