The guarantee on service is a bit harder for our customer to be objective about, but we like to think of it as “you won’t get back from your holiday and think ‘PlainSailing.com could’ve done more’…”.  If you make a booking with us, you’ll get given VIP treatment from our team, who’ll be in contact with you regularly as you prepare to set sail, making sure that you have everything you need to have a brilliant sail. 

Part of our service guarantee is that we’ll do anything we can to help: You want us to help you find the best possible flights? - Easy.  You want us to arrange airport transfers? - Sure.  You want us to look at how you hire a motorbike or a car for the first weekend? - Simple.  You want wifi on on board? – obviously.  You want accommodation near the marina? – we know about that too.  You want food and drink on board when you arrive? - You don’t even have to ask (actually, you do have to ask, but you get the idea). 

That’s what we guarantee to our customers each and every time: whether you’re chartering a flotilla of MegaYachts or a single 4 berth Westerly Merlin.  We invest personally in each trip we arrange, and it’s our job to make our customers happy.
