They were awarded the prestigious ‘Platinum Trusted’ status for 2023 in recognition of outstanding customer service and exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ‘Platinum Trusted’ status is only awarded to companies who have achieved an excellent Feefo ‘Customer review’ score of an impressive 4.5 or more out of 5 for not one, but three consecutive years. PlainSailing.com have achieved this and more – their current Feefo score rounds upwards to a spectacular and almost-unbelievable 5 out of 5.
